December 17, 2013 Sports Picks

Yesterday I went 2-2 for -75.  Here are my plays tonight:

Trailblazers -4.5 $220 to win $200
- Portland is one of the best teams in the NBA, actually they have the best record in the NBA at 21-4.  They are 8-2 over their last 10 and have a very impressive 11-2 road record.  They have also won four straight.  This team is clicking on all cylinders right now.  Cleveland is having a decent season at 9-14 and they have a 7-3 home record but they are just 3-7 over their last 10 games so they are going in the wrong direction.  

Bobcats -1.5 $165 to win $150
- Charlotte is no longer the laughing stock of the NBA.  They have put together an okay season so far going 10-14.  They have lost three straight and are 3-7 over their last 10 but looking at Sacramento they have the edge in this contest.  The Kings are just 7-15 on the season, 2-5 on the road and 3-7 over their last 10.

Thunder -2.5 $220 to win $200
- Oklahoma City has won six straight games and are 9-1 over there last 10.  They are better at home but are still 7-4 on the road.  Denver was on a hot streak but they have cooled off a bit going 3-3 over their last 6 games.  They lost to Cleveland, Boston and Utah during that stretch.

Blackhawks -140 $200 to win $150
- Chicago is 12-5 on the road and 6-3-1 over their last ten games.  Nashville has won three straight but they are just 5-4-1 over their last ten and just 8-6-2 at home.

Wild -110 $110 to win $100
- Minnesota is 13-3-2 at home and have won four straight at home.  Vancouver is on fire winning seven straight but a majority of those wins were at home.  They've struggled against good teams on the road.
