August 26th Sports Picks

I finally had a losing day yesterday.  Here are my winning picks for tonight:

Phillies vs. Mets under 7 -115 $230 to win $200
- I'm a big fan of Wheeler and he has looked very sharp over his last three starts.  Cliff Lee hasn't pitched great but he's good enough to shut down the Mets.

Dodgers -1.5 -130 $260 to win $200
- Greinke has been one of the best pitchers in the MLB over his last five starts.  LA is hungry for a win and I think they do that easily tonight against the Cubs.

Padres +125 $100 to win $125
- Tyson Ross has been very good in all his starts this season with the exception of his last start. McCarthy isn't very good and I think the Padres do just enough to beat the Dbacks 4-3.

Tigers -1.5 +120 $200 to win $240
-Sanchez has been outstanding this year (2.45 ERA), at home (1.92 ERA) and especially over his last seven starts.  Griffin has been hittable and hasn't performed very well over his last seven starts. Miggy is on. 

Rangers over 8 -120 $200 to win $167
-  Both pitchers have been giving up a lot of runs and Seattle is no longer a pitcher's park.
